What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales Support and Sales Teams across multiple vehicle brands and sales channels. You will ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with franchise and business standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Sales Support Teams in line with company processes.
- Maintain and cleanse digital vehicle files following customer delivery, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Ensure CRM records (Autoline/Kerridge) are accurate and compliant with Data Accuracy guidelines.
- Support FCA compliance by following current regulatory processes.
- Manage and maximise Vehicle App assignments to meet manufacturer targets.
- Complete vehicle records in bQuotes, including payout data.
- Handle incoming calls, efficiently directing customers to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with invoicing and taxation of vehicles during registration months.
What We Are Looking For:
- Has previous administrative or motor trade experience (preferred but not essential)
- IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy
