Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours

We are seeking a Driver/Coordinator for Mercedes-Benz of Plymouth. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for the efficient delivery of customer and company vehicles, and parts, ensuring every handover reflects the exceptional quality and service that define the City West Country brand portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • This role is focused on ensuring the efficient, professional, and customer-focused delivery of vehicles while upholding City West Country's standards of quality and excellence.
  • The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all operations.
  • You will:
    • Deliver customer and company vehicle parts across various locations efficiently and on schedule.

    • Provide an exceptional customer experience during vehicle delivery and collection.
