Salary: up to £39,990.67 per annum (OTE)

Hours: an average of 42.5 hours Monday to Friday with weekends on a rota basis

This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our new Tangelo Paignton dealership. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our thriving used car business, maximising opportunities and providing the highest level of customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll:

  • Work with the team on exciting sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Build strong, loyal relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Guide customers through vehicle options, prices, and technical details with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Handle all administrative tasks to make the customer experience seamless.
  • Be an expert on finance products, ensuring compliance every step of the way.

We’re looking for someone with a track record of success in sales who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom. This person will:

  • Have previous experience within a sales environment, ideally in the Motor Industry
  • Be a team-player that thrives on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Have a passion for sales and the automotive world.
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and with genuine enthusiasm.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Hold Full UK Driving License
