What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Support, you’ll be a key part of the Fleet LCV operation — supporting the LCV Sales across multiple brands and channels. Your role will focus on:
- Supporting our Fleet LCV Managers
- Taking control of the order right through to delivery
- Maintaining compliant, well-managed vehicle and customer records
- Managing our external supplier relationships
- Understanding the progression of vehicles through bodybuilders/sub contractors
- Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity
- Helping the business meet performance and manufacturer standards
- Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth delivery
You’ll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly — and in delivering the high standards our customers expect.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous LCV knowledge and experience are essential
- Stock and sales ordering
- Spec checking orders
- Invoicing, registering and organising deliveries
- Claiming OEM support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
