What Youll Be Doing
- As a Sales Support, youll play a key role in supporting the Fleet Sales Teams across multiple vehicle brands including BYD, Mercedes-Benz and Maxus and sales channels.
- You will ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with franchise and business standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fleet Sales Teams in line with company processes.
- Raise vehicle quotations for new and used vehicles.
- Respond to stock enquiries, providing knowledge on availability of stock and lead times for factory orders.
- Complete all necessary documentation including finance proposals/documentation in respect of sold orders, ensuring delivery dates are met and highlighting any problems.
- Act as point of contact for customers & key business partners, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously and efficiently and that any required actions are implemented.
- Ensure finance activation before taxation of vehicles.
- Complete taxation online for new vehicles and prepare necessary documentation for used taxations.
- Provide ongoing analyses of all current deals and analyse at each month end to make sure they are all in line.

- High level of computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients.
- High attention to detail and accuracy working under pressure.
