This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our site in Exeter working with prestigious brands including Mercedes-Benz and BYD. We are looking for a capable and motivated Sales Administrator to be a key part of our operation, supporting both the Sales and Sales Support team across multiple brands and channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the operation — supporting both the Sales and Sales Support teams across multiple brands and channels. Your role will focus on:
- Delivering accurate and efficient administrative support
- Maintaining compliant, well-managed vehicle and customer records
- Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity
- Helping the business meet performance and manufacturer standards
- Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth delivery
You’ll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly — and in delivering the high standards our customers expect.
