This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our site in Exeter working with prestigious brands including Mercedes-Benz and BYD. We are looking for a capable and motivated Sales Administrator to be a key part of our operation, supporting the Market Area Sales teams across multiple brands and channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the operation — supporting both the Sales and Sales Support teams across multiple brands and channels. Your role will focus on:

  • Delivering accurate and efficient administrative support
  • Maintaining compliant, well-managed vehicle and customer records
  • Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity
  • Helping the business meet performance and manufacturer standards
  • Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth delivery

You’ll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly — and in delivering the high standards our customers expect.
