We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Dent Repair Technician (PDR Technician) to join our growing Operations team at City West Country.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Dent Repair Technician (PDR Technician), you’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely and with exceptional attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting vehicles and assessing dent, ding, crease and minor body damage
  • Carrying out Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques where applicable
  • Repairing minor body panel damage and restoring vehicle appearance
  • Preparing vehicles for refinishing when required
  • Polishing panels and rectifying minor scratches and surface defects
  • Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer, safety and quality standards
  • Liaising closely with the Quality Control team to maintain repair excellence
  • Communicating repair progress with workshop management and colleagues
  • Completing repair documentation and maintaining accurate job records
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Following all company health and safety procedures at all times

    You’ll take pride in delivering high quality workmanship while helping to ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop in excellent condition

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast paced, quality focused environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in dent repair, vehicle body repair or automotive preparation
  • Knowledge and experience of Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques
  • Strong understanding of automotive bodywork and repair processes
  • Ability to use hand tools and repair equipment safely and effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong problem solving skills and a practical approach to repairs
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
  • Most importantly, you’ll share our values and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment.
