Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

We are looking for a Service Advisor to be responsible for leading the Service department to maximise operational efficiency, profitability, sales performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company and franchise standards. What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor you will be the main source of support for parts and service advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, explaining costs and invoices, and ensuring vehicles are returned on time and to a high standard.
- Lead and coordinate the customer journey in line with Mercedes-Benz and City West Country expectations and standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, manufacturers, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty, goodwill, and technical standards while maintaining accurate operational processes and documentation.
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with management to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
