Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant / Administrator – BYD Plymouth
Location:BYD Plymouth
Salary: £20,873.21 per annum with an OTE of £39,163.93 (uncapped)
Hours: Our weekday core working hours are 08.00 – 18.00 and weekends rota basis, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00 and Sunday 10.00 – 16.00.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Participates in planning & working sales campaigns and promotions
- Establish and maintain strong and loyal relationships with key business partners
- Communicates and develops strong personal relationships with customers
- Offers sound advice and product knowledge to customers on vehicles, prices, specifications and technical data
- Uses knowledge of the competition to highlight advantages to customers
- Concludes sales in a professional manner and with the best interest of the company
- Maintain accurate information of customer database within franchise and legal guidelines
- Organises all administrative aspects of the transaction in line with the customers expectation
- Displays sound knowledge of the finance products available and documents fully for compliance purposes

- Previous Sales experience in the motor industry advantageous
- Is highly motivated, articulate and communicates effectively
