Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant - Mercedes-Benz of Truro

Location: Truro

Salary: £20,873.21 basic | OTE £42,000.00+ (uncapped)

Hours: 08:00-18:30 with alternate full weekends off. When working a weekend, Saturday is given as lieu time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide customers from their first enquiry to driving off the forecourt ensuring every step of their journey is exciting, smooth and unforgettable.
  • Build relationships and consult with customers to understand their needs
  • Present the Mercedes‑Benz range confidently, sharing product knowledge and finance options
  • Work towards monthly sales targets, managing your pipeline through our CRM system
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Champion the Mercedes‑Benz brand through every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle sales
  • Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and motivated by commission
