Experienced Local Business Development Manager – Mercedes-Benz of Plymouth
Salary: £25,000.00 per annum (OTE £52,500.00)
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)

About the role
At City West Country, we have recently embarked on an exciting new adventure by obtaining the New and Used Van Franchise! We therefore have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Local Business Development Manager to join our team in Estover, Plymouth. In this role you will be promoting the sales of new and used light commercial vehicles to meet business targets and developing relationships with customers and business partners.

Local Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Administers all finance and insurance products in line with the company and Mercedes- Benz standards and processes in addition to statutory requirements
- Communicates the CWC culture of quality and excellence
- Communicates with our marketing team to ensure vehicle information, specification and pricing is up to date
- Communicates and develops strong personal relationships with customers and business partners
- Offers sound advice and product knowledge to customers on vehicles, prices, specifications and technical data
- Assesses used Vans and conducts technical appraisals on part exchange vehicles
- Manage all customer leads to point of sale and delivery
- Run an efficient contact management diary, ensuring all leads are maximised
- Reviews customer satisfaction and implements improvements
- Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with the customer, their line manager and colleagues
