b Overview /b p In this role you lead the newly established Year Placements service within City St George’s Careers and Employability Directorate to secure high-quality year-long placements for undergraduate students. You will manage a team of four Placement Officers, deliver a student-centered service across Schools, and implement strategies to raise placement readiness and outcomes. You’ll use data to measure impact, inform decisions, and drive continuous service improvement.
