The Senior Student Support Hub Adviser plays a key role in leading frontline service delivery, supervising a team of advisers, and ensuring a high-quality, responsive student experience. Working within Student Support, Student Experience Directorate, the postholder will help drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and customer service standards across the Hub.Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of Student Support Hub Advisers, ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the Student Support Hub. Coordinate staffing rotas, workload allocation and service coverage across enquiry channels, including in-person, telephone, email and online services. Support service improvement initiatives, maintain high customer service standards, develop effective stakeholder relationships, and contribute to projects that enhance the student experience and operational effectiveness of the service.Person Specification – We are seeking an experienced customer-focused professional with experience supervising teams within a student-facing or customer service environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, together with a strong understanding of student support and the higher education sector.
