Job Description:

Background

We are seeking to appoint a Research Fellow responsible for the day-to-day running of a NIHR-funded research programme, OSMOSIS, which aims to co-produce resources and toolkits to improve support available to family/informal carers of relatives affected by psychosis.

Responsibilities

The postholder will conduct research activities at East London sites (Tower Hamlets and Hackney) and coordinate with East Sussex counterparts. Responsibilities include service mapping, interviews, focus groups, data analysis, presenting findings for peer-reviewed publication, and contributing to the co-production of outputs to optimize carer support, as well as developing proposals for future research funding.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a strong interest and expertise in mental health caregiving research, with high-level skills in qualitative and participatory research methods, and experience working with diverse stakeholders, especially those with lived experience.
