The post holder is responsible for the University's specialist widening participation activities for target post-16 students across health and medical sciences. Drawing on City St George's distinctive interdisciplinary strengths across healthcare, science and the professions, they apply expertise to the design and implementation of activity that supports the delivery of the University's Access and Participation Plan, inspiring and preparing students for progression into higher education.

This role is responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of activity for target students, schools, colleges and local communities, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality programme offer and strong engagement. Evaluation, data and sector insights are used to continuously improve programme outcomes and contribute to the ongoing development of new and existing widening participation provision.
