Overview

In this role you will coordinate and submit statutory student returns, ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness.

You will work within Registry Services to support cross-team processes and improve reporting practices.

You will advise on student record requirements and monitor risks, contributing to audit preparation and data systems enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, compile and submit external student returns with high data quality and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with Schools and professional services to resolve data issues and improve processes
  • Provide expert advice on student record requirements and monitor risks
  • Support audit readiness and contribute to system and reporting enhancements
  • Maintain accurate student records and uphold data quality across processes
  • Key requirements
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of student record systems such as SITS
  • Understanding of student data processes and controls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of process improvement
