Overview
In this role you will coordinate and submit statutory student returns, ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness. You will work within Registry Services to support cross-team processes and improve reporting practices. You will advise on student record requirements and monitor risks, contributing to audit preparation and data systems enhancements. This position provides a meaningful chance to influence compliance and data integrity for the university’s student records. Responsibilities
- Plan, compile and submit external student returns with high data quality and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Schools and professional services to resolve data issues and improve processes
- Provide expert advice on student record requirements and monitor risks
- Support audit readiness and contribute to system and reporting enhancements
- Maintain accurate student records and uphold data quality across processes
Key requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of student record systems such as SITS
- Understanding of student data processes and controls
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of process improvement
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex data quality issues
