Overview
In this role you will lead and shape research, education and knowledge exchange in health and social care Informatics, focusing on data, digital technologies and co-produced approaches. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance services, support caregivers and drive impact across the lifespan. The position sits within the Integrated Care Collaborative, contributing to a wider programme of research and training. You will mentor academics, secure grants and contribute to teaching and dissemination.

Responsibilities
- Identify strategic opportunities and build research and KE capacity in health and social care
- Lead grant acquisition and provide methodological support
- Mentor academics and contribute to teaching and training activities
- Foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders to benefit underserved groups
- Support design, delivery, dissemination, sustainability and leadership of research and KE initiatives
- Advance use of data, informatics and digital technologies to improve services across the lifespan
Key requirements
- Professor or Reader with experience bridging academia and professional practice
- Expertise in co-production and facilitating stakeholder relationships
- Ability to deliver across research, education and KE programs
