This role provides an efficient and comprehensive EA service to the President of City St George's, Professor Sir Anthony Finkelstein. It also works very closely to support his Deputies and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, with a second Senior Executive Assistant and three Executive Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a proactive, comprehensive and confidential executive support service to three members of the President’s Senior Leadership Team, working collegially as part of a dynamic, project-focused group of Executive Assistants.
- The post holder will ensure effective management of diaries, provide project support, and work with internal and external stakeholders.
Person Specification:
- The candidate will have experience of working as an Executive Assistant for a senior leader, or team of senior leaders.
- They will possess excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise work to meet objectives and tight deadlines.
- The role is part of a busy team and the candidate will need to be proactive, with the ability to be responsible for a broad range of tasks, able to prioritise workload and to remain calm during periods of higher workload and competing roles.
