Partnerships with international universities contribute to both education and research, enhancing the quality, reach, impact and reputation of the University. They can also provide international student recruitment channels and pathways onto both undergraduate and postgraduate courses act as a channel of high-quality students onto both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The Global Engagement Manager (Partnerships and TNE) will lead on the development and implementation of a strategic approach to international university partnerships with a particular focus on those partnerships that support recruitment onto City courses, both in London and around the world.
The Global Engagement Manager (Partnerships and TNE) will have three key areas of responsibility.
Firstly, to lead on lead on the identification, development and management of partnerships with international educational institutions, with a focus on partnerships that support international student recruitment.
Secondly, to support the development and operationalisation of strategic approaches to Transnational Education (TNE).
Thirdly, to contribute to the development of a coordinated and informed approach to global engagement, including engagement with key countries.
To be successful in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of international higher education, particularly in relation to the development of international educational partnerships and transnational education. You will also require well developed analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision making.
