Due to growth, our partner City to Sea Landscapes is expanding their team. We are interested in speaking with experienced structural landscapers based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
Responsibilities:- Construction role with travel from Townsville to Tasmania on a 3:1 roster.
- Construction/landscaping role with 80% hardscapes and 20% softscapes.
- Operate equipment (mini loader/digger), read plans, use laser level for drainage, erect shade structures, build decks and pergolas, bespoke play equipment, form work, concrete work, work with wet pour rubber, install irrigation systems, and install synthetic turf.
- Adapt to a varied workday with no monotonous routine.
- Perform tasks requiring physical fitness and the ability to be on the tools.
- Based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane.
- Current blue card or willing to apply for one.
- Available to travel the East Coast of Australia (paid travel).
- Desire for a varied role where no two days are the same.
- Reliable, punctual with a “get in and get it done” attitude.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- QBCC or formal qualifications highly regarded.
- Horticultural experience desirable but not required.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $85k - $100k + super.
- Stable, consistent, full-time work with a permanent contract.
