The Finance Manager role within the Schools Business Partnering team supports Planning and Business Partnering to support delivery of the University's financial plan. The role provides high-quality financial advice, builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivers responsive management information. Acting as a key contributor to financially significant decisions, the postholder will demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills, credibility with senior leaders and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Person Specification
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent professional experience.

- Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
- Experience managing teams, contributing to policy development and overseeing budgets and financial planning in a complex environment.
