Lead Anatomy Demonstrator responsible for delivering undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Anatomy, including practical courses for Medicine, Biomedical Science, Physicians Associate Studies and other healthcare programmes.
The role involves teaching in the Anatomy Suite using plastinated and potted specimens, plastic anatomical models and audio‑visual equipment, as well as digital resources such as Anatomage Tables and Complete Anatomy.
As Lead Demonstrator, you will lead a team of two permanent Anatomy Demonstrators and student demonstrators.
Responsibilities include recruiting, training and supporting student demonstrators, organising the demonstrator team, and ensuring quality control of teaching within the Anatomy Suite.
Applicants should hold a relevant degree and have experience demonstrating anatomy in a higher education setting.
Experience in practical anatomy assessment, small‑group teaching and supervising undergraduate research projects is desirable.
