Background
City St George's Digital Innovation and Transformation Office (DiTO) accelerates inclusive digital change across education and research. This full time secondment will lead the operational delivery, assurance and insight required to implement and scale education facing platforms and pilots, initially including the AI Gateway and Duologue. The role connects academic, technical and governance teams and turns approved priorities into reliable delivery, evidence and service transition.
Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding, access, configuration, testing and service readiness across digital education platforms and pilots. Maintain delivery, issue, decision and assurance records. Define measures, analyse quantitative and qualitative evidence, and produce dashboards and recommendations on adoption, experience, equity, risk and value. Work across Schools, LEaD, IT, Information Governance and Assurance, suppliers and student partners to resolve dependencies and establish repeatable routes from pilot to supported service.
Person Specification
You will have a degree or equivalent workplace experience and practical experience delivering digital platforms or services in higher education or another complex environment. You can coordinate operational readiness, analyse quantitative and qualitative evidence, and communicate clear recommendations. You will combine sound judgement, organisation and stakeholder skills with knowledge of digital education, data protection, accessibility and responsible AI. Experience of supporting innovative Edtech solutions in education provision is particularly advantageous.
