This part‑time post (0.3 WTE) provides industry insight and teaching expertise in drug development for the BSc Clinical Pharmacology program at City St George's, University of London.
Responsibilities
- Provide industry insight into the design of the drug development theme across the programme.
- Contribute expert teaching.
- Support the programme team and students in identifying industry placements where possible.
- Advise educators and researchers elsewhere in the university on aspects of clinical trials and drug development.
- Bring personal experience of drug development to enrich the design and delivery of the programme and help develop the next generation of industrial clinical pharmacologists.
Qualifications
- Recent commercial experience and up‑to‑date knowledge of drug development and/or discovery, and the latest advances in clinical pharmacology.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Interest in adding experience in higher education to a career portfolio.
