This role is essential in delivering a high-quality Advice Service that ensures student satisfaction.
Our service offers guidance on a variety of academic issues and provides money advice, including delivering our Short-Term Loan scheme, Gender Expression Fund and Alternative Faith Fund.
As an Academic Adviser, you will be a key part of our team, offering independent advice to students at City St George's University.
Your skills as a caseworker will help provide a practical and empowering service for all.
Throughout the year, you'll manage a large and complex caseload, maintaining quick response times and tackling challenges with a solution-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of academic and personal issues.
- Support the ongoing development and high-quality standards of the Union Advice service.
- Contribute to the organisational and team strategic and operational planning and delivery.
