Job Overview

We seek an experienced PA to support Associate Deans with managing varied workloads and complex schedules.

Duties include committee administration—drafting agendas, preparing papers, and recording minutes—plus maintaining office systems for bookings, purchasing, and budgets.

You’ll assist with projects, occasionally leading elements to ensure timely delivery, while keeping communication clear with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft agendas, prepare papers and record minutes for committees.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Strong PA background in fast‑paced environments.

  • Excellent organisational, communication and written skills.
  • Discretion, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in committee support, budget management, and handling sensitive issues.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting demands, work independently and collaboratively, and solve problems proactively.
