This role provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic doctor to develop their teaching skills and knowledge of clinical pharmacology, therapeutics and prescribing. You will work within a dynamic team of educators to develop and deliver aspects of the UK’s first BSc in Clinical Pharmacology and contribute to teaching medical and pharmacy students.
Your experience will include curriculum design, small and large group teaching and assessment, and development and delivery of online learning resources. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a Postgraduate certificate in Healthcare and Biomedical education.
Qualifications
- You should be medically qualified and have completed foundation years 1 and 2.
- You will also show evidence of an interest in Pharmacology.
- You should be an excellent communicator with experience of organising and delivering teaching and be committed to obtaining a Postgraduate qualification in Education.
