About you:
We are recruiting for a highly talented and experienced Head Chef who thrives in developing people and running all aspects of the kitchen. You will work under the leadership of the Executive Chef in a prominent and prestigious London restaurant that holds many memories amongst its core clientele. Your role will ensure that the kitchen consistently delivers in every aspect from menu development, ordering and produce, food safety and hygiene, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Experience in running a busy fine dining experience for a minimum of three years
- Menu development that enhances overall guest dining experience and reflects Company standards
- Maintaining budgets, ordering supplies and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure consistency in maintaining a high level of kitchen maintenance and cleanliness at all times
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations and internal compliance
