We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering high-quality stone and façade-related packages across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2–3 live projects simultaneously, with average project values ranging from £500k to £1 million. This role requires strong project delivery experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to coordinate design, programme, quality, and subcontractor performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful delivery of 2–3 projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee quality management processes across all project stages
  • Maintain and manage project programmes and monitor key deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and specialist trades on site
  • Chair progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Liaise closely with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate design information and resolve technical/site issues
  • Produce and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed in line with programme and specification
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
