Senior Contracts Manager

I’m currently working closely with a well-established commercial fit-out contractor that is actively searching for a Senior Contracts Manager to become an integral part of their expanding team. This business has a strong workload and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial spaces. However, this role has a very specific requirement – We\’re specifically seeking someone with a proven track record of delivering laboratory projects. 🔬 The Ideal Candidate Will Have: ✅ A proven track record of successfully delivering laboratory projects, from concept through to completion – including both new builds and complex fit-outs. ✅ Strong knowledge of the specialist requirements of laboratory environments, such as cleanroom standards, ventilation systems, containment protocols, and compliance with health & safety and regulatory frameworks. ✅ Experience liaising with technical consultants, architects, and end users to ensure the practical and operational needs of scientific spaces are met. ✅ The ability to lead multiple projects, manage contracts efficiently, and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
