We are currently working in partnership with an established and reputable main contractor within the construction sector, who are seeking a Freelance Assistant Site Manager to join their site management team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a mixed new build and refurbishment project, supporting and working closely alongside an experienced Senior Site Manager as part of a well-structured management team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations
- Assisting with site inductions, health & safety compliance, and site documentation
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades across new build and refurbishment works
- Monitoring quality, progress, and health & safety standards
- Managing designated areas of work and contributing to programme delivery

Requirements
- The successful candidate must hold:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
