I am currently working with an ambitious and growing family-run construction business that is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Specialising in high-end residential refurbishments, extensions, and restoration projects with values of up to £1 million, this business has built an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional quality and service to its clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of high-end residential refurbishment, extension, and restoration projects
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from inception through to completion
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Assisting with project programmes, budgets, procurement, and reporting
  • Monitoring project progress and helping to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Supporting the directors with day-to-day project management and operational activities
