We are currently recruiting for an experienced Environmental Manager to join a major energy infrastructure project in the Scottish Highlands on behalf of a leading engineering and construction contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a nationally significant project, leading environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement across a complex construction environment.
The Role
Working closely with project leadership teams, client representatives and environmental specialists, you will provide strategic environmental guidance and ensure compliance with project requirements, legislation and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental and sustainability activities across the project
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, permits, licences and project requirements
- Support project teams in understanding and delivering environmental responsibilities
