We are currently working with a key client who is actively seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join their growing team on a range of high-end traditional build projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected contractor delivering prestigious developments with project values up to 20m.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the finishing stages of projects, managing works from dry lining through to final snagging and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring all finishes are delivered to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all internal finishing works from plastering/dry lining to final completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are achieved
- Maintain exceptional quality control across all finishing trades
- Manage snagging processes and ensure timely resolution of defects
