City Site Solutions Scotland are looking for a Demolition Supervisor for a long term contract starting in January 2026 in Glasgow. The client is open to starting someone direct if this is a preference. Our client is based in Glasgow, but work is throughout the central belt so travel to various sites will be required.
Duties:
- Daily supervision of site activities.
- Supervision and planning of workload for all the site teams.
- This role will include operating machinery.
- Working to risk assessments and method statements.
- Working to inspection and test plans.
- Implementing health and safety procedures, undertaking safety inspections, and ensuring demolition site safety.
- Complete all day-to-day site paperwork associated with the Supervisor's role.
- Client liaison (as required).
Requirements:
- Current CCDO Supervisor card (or CCDO Advanced Operative card).
- Understanding of building structures and construction techniques and safe demolition procedures.
- Experience managing teams of up to 12 workers.
