Solar PV Electrician – Domestic & Commercial Projects
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Solar PV Electrician to join our clients growing renewable energy team. You’ll be working on domestic and commercial solar PV installations across Oxfordshire and nearby regions, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical work from installation through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission solar PV systems on domestic and commercial properties.
- Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and fault finding.
- Ensure all work complies with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and MCS/G98/G99 standards.
- Collaborate with roofers, designers, and project managers to deliver quality installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and system handover records.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrician – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- ECS/CSCS card.
- Experience in Solar PV installation (domestic and/or commercial).
- Full UK driving licence.
