We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded business who are looking to add a Customer Care Plumber to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong plumbing background who takes real pride in their work and understands the importance of top-tier customer service.
The Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for aftercare and remedial works on new build properties, the majority of works are faulty product changes i.e., tap replacements, new shower screens etc.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Carrying out diagnostics and repairs for plumbing issues in occupied homes.
- Representing the business to homeowners and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Working independently while being supported by a close-knit team.
What You’ll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-first approach.
- Experience with occupied properties is a big plus.
