Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & client support
- Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries β predominantly new business
- Build up relationships and repeat business with new clients
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.
- Quoting & Estimating
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for drylining, ceilings, and fit-out projects.
- Assess material and labour costs to ensure competitive pricing.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability.
- Project Coordination
- Support the operations team in managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in planning and scheduling to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide technical input to resolve on-site challenges and variations.
- Market Awareness & Reporting
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Experience in a technical sales, estimating, or surveying role within commercial interiors, drylining, ceilings, or fit-out.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Ability to price jobs accurately and manage client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving license (if applicable).
