The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team overseeing multiple high-value traditional build projects across the South of the UK. This is a hands-on role, offering a mix of site, office, and home-based working, managing up to three projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee contracts across multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor contract compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
- Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance.
- Travel between sites as required to maintain oversight of ongoing projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of contract management, risk mitigation, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
