Contract Manager (Fit-Out) – London

I’m looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading fit-out specialist working on high-quality commercial and residential projects across London.

Salary: Up to £95k
Location: London

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Manager with 10+ years’ experience in the fit-out industry to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JCT & NEC contracts, commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time & within budget
2. Manage contracts, procurement, and client relationships
3. Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
5. Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs & variations
6. Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For:

1. 10+ years’ experience in contract management for fit-out projects
2. Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts
3. Proven track record in delivering high-end fit-out projects
4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to manage budgets, forecasts & financial reporting
