Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Inner London (Zones 1–4, mostly)

Daily travel by public transport is required and will be reimbursed monthly.

About the Role

We are a busy and friendly lettings company looking for experienced Cleaners to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning.

You will be responsible for cleaning communal and individual rooms in our HMO rental properties that are either being prepared for new tenants, returned to landlords, or deep cleaned at client request. Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are essential, as you will regularly interact with clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean multiple properties per day to a high standard, including:
  • Communal areas and hallways
  • Kitchens and kitchen appliances
  • Bedrooms, bathrooms, and en-suites
  • Carry out deep cleans for:
    • Properties returning to the market
    • End-of-tenancy cleans
  • Travel daily between properties using public transport
  • Use a company mobile phone to record video timestamps of completed work
  • Photo and Video-tag properties on arrival and upon completion for daily job reports
  • Use of various company portals and apps for reports and communication
  • Carry company-supplied cleaning products
  • Use PPE as per Health & Safety requirements and instruction
  • Report any issues identified at properties to the Property Management team
  • Skills & Experience Required

    • Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
    • Good at English, and able to communicate
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Able to use technology; mobile phone apps, portals, Outlook, Teams.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Reliable, flexible, and professional at all times
