City Road Primary School (part of the Inspire Education Community Trust) is seeking to appoint lunchtime supervisors for 5 hours per week (term-time only) - 11:30am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 1:30pm. (There may be opportunities to work additional hours based on the needs of the school).

We have exciting opportunities for Lunchtime Supervisors to join Inspire Education Community Trust, based at City Road Primary School in North Edgbaston. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable and committed individuals who are passionate about supporting children and creating a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. You will work as part of a friendly and hardworking team, supporting pupils during lunchtime both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of pupils at all times
  • Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and, where required, in classrooms
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction during lunchtime
  • Supporting pupils to follow school routines and expectations
  • Acting as a positive role model and promoting inclusive play and cooperation

This role is subject to enhanced DBS clearance and compliance with safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements in line with statutory guidance.
