The Role
As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding beauty and aesthetic treatments while also supporting the management team in the daily operations of the spa. This is a dual role that requires a combination of hands-on therapy expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of beauty and advanced beauty treatments to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Support the management team in the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, stock control, and team coordination.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists to ensure consistent treatment quality.
- Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Promote and recommend spa treatments and retail products to enhance client experience and revenue.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Requirements
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a beauty therapist with expertise in a variety of treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, and advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
