BAD BIRD is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead shifts, support the management team and deliver great food, service and guest experiences from day one in London.
You’ll motivate the crew, maintain high standards and be the team the shift relies on.
Responsibilities include running shift briefings, coaching staff, helping with labour planning and keeping a clean, safe environment.
You’ll build a positive culture, handle guest queries professionally and help grow the brand as BAD BIRD expands.
