Afrikana was born in a small village in the Midlands and now it's expanding to the rest of the UK and internationally!
The vision is simple: bring authentic, home cooked African inspired dishes to the high street while giving guests an experience full of culture, art, music and great food!
What’s the role?
The Front of House is where the magic happens. You’ll make guests feel at home, deliver top-notch service and leave them asking ‘’When can I come back next?’’
What will I do?
- Make every guest feel welcome by creating a friendly and vibey environment
- Give a warm and genuine welcome to all our guests and make them feel like at home
- Take and process orders efficiently, making every guest gets exactly what they need!
- Serve food and drinks (and vibes) to Afrikana quality standards, helping create a “I’m definitely coming back” experience
- Bring orders to the table and check in with our guests throughout their visit.
- Work with the team to keep all areas clean, organised and running smoothly
- Follow all health & safety, food hygiene and restaurant security procedures.
