We are currently recruiting Field Operatives to join our clients agricultural team for seasonal work.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 6:00pm. Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 39 hours worked per week.
Duties Include:
- Planting crops and vegetables
- Weeding and general field maintenance
- Harvesting and picking vegetables
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to carry out repetitive manual tasks
- Previous agricultural or outdoor work experience is beneficial but not essential
