About the Role
Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Despatch Operative. In this role, youll be responsible for picking, preparing, and dispatching finished products to customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards at all times. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where teamwork and attention to detail are essential to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare products in line with customer orders
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Check quantities, batch codes, and documentation for accuracy
- Label, wrap, and store pallets correctly
- Complete despatch paperwork and update systems accurately
- Follow FIFO and stock rotation processes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and health
