Welder / Fabricator Huntingdon Location: Huntingdon Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am 1:30pm Pay: £14.00 £19.00 per hour (depending on experience and skill set) About the Role Were looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our clients team in Huntingdon. This is a great opportunity for someone skilled in metal fabrication and welding who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. Youll be working onsteel fabrication projects, producing precision, high-standard work in a busy but supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld metal components, including baluster staircases Read and interpret engineering drawings Use MIG/TIG welding techniques (depending on project requirements) Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Requirements Proven experience as a steel welder/fabricator Ability to read and work from technical drawings Competent in MIG/TIG welding and metal finishing Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic What\’s On Offer Competitive hourly rate (£14£19 DOE) Early finish on Fridays Steady, long-term work in a friendly team Opportunities for skill development and progression Temp to perm – Full time contract on offer once completed 12 weeks probational period
